Rusty’s Roost was built with two goals in mind: encouraging people to connect with each other and to connect with the great outdoors.
I’ve always been a big component for bringing families and friends together and getting kids to explore the outdoors. Rusty’s Roost River Camp offers the common comforts we’re accustomed too while still encouraging families and friends to put down the phones and get outside. The biggest reward so far is seeing the pictures of families making memories somewhere I created. These memories will outlast any tablet or video game. Grab a pole, hop on a tube and enjoy this beautiful place.

Rusty’s Roost River Camp was founded in 2020 along the Toe River about 30 minutes from the current location (known as RRRCI). In 2022 we opened the current location along the Cane River (formerly known as RRRCII). As of 2024 our Huntdale location is our only operating Rusty’s Roost River Camp site.

Rusty Britt is the sole owner of the Rusty’s Roost River Camp, his mother, Toni, you will see on-site coordinating guests and accomodations and his wife, Natalie, handles all marketing and media relations.
